March Madness?
If it feels like the first 3 months of 2025 came in hot and never looked back—you’re not wrong. We’ve been firing on all cylinders, and somehow, still managing to smile through the madness.
Our HR and recruiting team kicked off the year at full throttle, hosting 158 Phone/Video Interviews and bringing on 24 new Associates who fit right in like they’ve been here for years. Over in CARE, the team connected with customers in 113 meetings, proving once again that strong relationships are kind of our thing.
Contracts? Let’s just say they’ve been in BEAST MODE, processing 96 new agreements and 441 renewals—a massive feat by any standard. Meanwhile, MSRs are still having dreams about roleplaying with Keenan, and Accounting faced down an audit with nerves of steel and the kind of spreadsheets that keep the chaos at bay.
Client Services launched their kickoff, setting the tone for a year of smarter service and stronger support. The IT team has been busy too—holding the line against relentless spam attacks and keeping our systems secure while the rest of us run around doing our thing.
Our technicians have driven a jaw-dropping 567,732 miles since January 1—that’s more than 22 trips around the Earth—and they did it with a 96% driving safety score. (Let’s hear it for that safe driving swagger.)
Oh—and in between all of that? We celebrated 49 birthdays, took some killer headshots in SoCo and NoCo, survived a Mardi Gras King Cake sugar crash, and proudly wore green for St. Paddy’s Day. And we all tuned in on youtube to welcome three eaglets into the world. And not to be outdone, we hosted our Annual Associate Meeting—which is always a powerful reminder of who we are. There’s just something about seeing so many of us in one room, celebrating each other and what we’ve built together.
If this is how we’re starting 2025… we seriously can’t wait to see what’s next.

Eyes Up, Phones Down
April is Distracted Driving Awareness Month
Nothing gets under your skin quite like pulling up next to someone on the highway… only to see them staring down at their phone. But let’s be honest—we’ve probably all been that driver at some point.

Changing the music. Reading a quick message. Just checking something real quick. We know better. And it’s a habit we’ve got to break. Distracted driving is one of the top causes of preventable accidents. Whether it’s texting, scrolling, eating, or fiddling with the GPS, it only takes a second for something to go very wrong.
Let’s get back to basics - If it’s urgent, pull over. Let your passenger respond for you. Stash the phone where you can’t reach it. This isn’t just about rules or reminders—it’s about protecting ourselves, our families, and everyone else out there on the road. A quick glance down can change everything.
At Haynes, safety isn’t just something we talk about on job sites—it’s how we show up in all areas of life. This month, and moving forward, let’s hold each other accountable, kick the bad habits, and keep our eyes—and our focus—on the road ahead.

Haynes Pets
Meet Murphy, the mischievous and masterful rescue cat owned by our Denver MSR Manager, Matt Ward. Since joining the Ward family back in 2019, Murphy has embraced her role as the household's unofficial wildlife curator. She's quite the enthusiastic hunter, often surprising Matt with her generous (yet unwanted) gifts of live mice and multiple birds—transforming him into an impromptu animal wrangler, amateur exterminator, and occasional hostage negotiator.
Murphy's most legendary escapade unfolded shortly after Matt’s son, Logan, arrived. Just one month into Logan's life, Murphy decided the best way to welcome the newest family member was to deliver a freshly caught mouse right into the nursery. Nothing quite says "Welcome to the world!" like an unexpected midnight visitor courtesy of the family cat.
While Matt might not fully appreciate Murphy’s unique brand of hospitality, there’s no denying she adds plenty of charm, excitement, and comedic chaos to their lives.
Here at Haynes, we celebrate pets like Murphy, whose antics remind us to embrace life's little surprises—no matter how furry or feathery they may be!

Got a parrot that cheers for the Broncos, or a goldfish named Clarence? Let us know!
We’d love to meet your pets and feature them in our next newsletter.
Email a photo and a brief introduction of your pet to marketing@haynesmechanical.com to have them featured.
