CLIENT SERVICES

As we welcome the new season, there’s plenty of fresh momentum in the CS department.  First, we’re excited to introduce Cameron Bean, our new CS MSR! Cameron will be working across all Geos to strengthen and grow our CS Base, and we look forward to seeing his impact on our base.

In early April, Justin Johnson, Matt Wailand, and Ryan Lawlor will be attending Honeywell Optimizer training in Detroit Michigan, further enhancing their expertise and bringing valuable insights back to the team. Investing in growth and knowledge is key to staying ahead, and this training will ensure we continue delivering top-tier solutions.

Speaking of success, our Year-To-Date BAS sales plan is currently at 124%! A huge shoutout to Tom, Austin, Skylar, and Mickey for their dedication and hard work in driving new opportunities. Their efforts are making a real difference, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going.

On the technology side, our CS team, Wes, Brad, Rachel, Jamie, and Andy, along with BBX has rolled out some major updates, making our analytics platform more intuitive and efficient. Reporting can now be done by Place rather than Factory, and the introduction of Thing Types and Thing Functions will help with better organization. Reports and Components are now browsable in a tree structure, making navigation easier. Component Reference Links allow for better connectivity, such as linking a VAV component to an AHU component. The audit log is now visible for Places, Factories, and Users, while Factory connections to the Thing Warehouse can be verified in real-time. Licenses can also be viewed and assigned custom fields for tracking. Along with several performance tweaks and bug fixes, these improvements ensure we continue to evolve and support our client’s needs.

With all this momentum, it’s shaping up to be a strong and successful spring. Let’s keep pushing forward and making great things happen!
