DENVER

Spring has arrived in Denver, and things have been moving fast—
Sales has had a strong run lately. Jacob Horn brought in $38K in Client Services agreements with Intermountain Health, and Ryan Hill is officially on the board with new wins at Bona and Linx. Patrick McGuckin closed a $220K cooling tower replacement, Chad Belt landed a $170K chiller overhaul with Denver University, and Ken Boubel brought in a big one—$1.1M for a CRAC installation project at Equinix.
The Project teams have been staying busy. Caesar, Zach, and Jordan wrapped up a major chiller replacement at AMP 1, and the Arrow CRAC project continues to move forward with Kyle, Louie, and Jordan, along with backup from Jeff Winter and the service crew. Steve Real led the Ritz boiler project, and a big thanks goes to Gary Heinzmann, Tyler Drudy, James Caffey, Uriel Diaz, and Roy Jackson for completing our first 12-chiller PM at Colorado School of Mines.
Solid work all around—Denver’s setting the tone for a strong spring.
