Things are buzzing up north, with strong momentum across maintenance, projects, and new faces joining the team!
On the maintenance sales front, we welcomed a brand-new customer with Vapor Tech, bringing in a $43K deal—nearly $29K of that as a new CM contract. We’re also expanding our relationship with CBRE, adding another building at Promontory Park with a $14K agreement. Solid work by the team keeping that growth steady.
We’re excited to welcome Lucas Burkiett to the NoCo crew as our newest Journeyman Technician, joining us all the way from Arizona!
On the project side, things are heating up:

Dustin secured a $43.6K chiller repair job at TRI-State G&T in Ft. Lupton, a new customer opportunity that came through Christian Sullender—with a full contract flip from JCI on the horizon.

Corey landed a $26.2K AC installation at Koebel – 363 Centennial.
