The desert’s heating up, and so is the energy in Phoenix!

We’re excited to share that Michael Ortiz and his family welcomed their first baby boy, Daniel Louis Ortiz, on February 17. He’s named after both of his grandfathers—how cool is that? Huge congrats to the Ortiz family on their newest addition!

We’ve also added a new face to the field—Alberto Longoria recently joined the team as a technician.

And of course, we’re still riding the high from the Annual Associates Meeting, where Phoenix brought home not one, not two, but three Pinnacle honors. Big shoutouts to Kyle Jones, who was named Tech of the Year, and to both Ryan Finney and Mickey Horn, who qualified as MSR and PSR Pinnacle Winners.
