When Noah joined Haynes as an HVAC Apprentice in February 2024, he wasn’t just changing jobs—he was rewriting the whole script.
After a few colorful experiences in the restaurant world, Noah set his sights on something more stable, more meaningful, and a lot less chaotic. He wanted a career that could support his wife, his future, and—bonus points—a place where his talents could grow. Enter: Haynes U. A recommendation from his dad (a loyal and satisfied customer of Haynes) pointed him in our direction, and the rest is history in the making.
From day one, Noah made it clear he wasn’t here to coast.
He shows up early, learns fast, and brings a calm, curious energy to everything he does. He’s already helping train new hires on coil cleaning equipment, connects easily with customers, and pays attention to details others might miss.
Oh—and if that wasn’t enough, Noah just snagged the title of Apprentice of the Spring Semester at our Annual Associates Meeting and came in 5th place on the
Top 10 Safest Drivers list with an impressive 99.6 safety score. Not too shabby for someone just getting warmed up.But Noah isn’t all wrenches and work ethic—he’s also a storyteller at heart.
Before the HVAC world came calling, he was an actor in a Sundance-premiered film that streamed on Amazon Prime (yes, really), and starred in multiple musical theater productions. These days, he channels that same creative flair into designing board games, running Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, and throwing in a few hikes around the Colorado trails with his wife (with a stop for great food along the way, naturally).
